All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. We ship exclusively through USPS with a flat rate of $6.75 on every order.
Once a package is handed off to USPS, Sweet Heat is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. That said, we always do our best to assist with issues. In most cases, if your order is confirmed lost or stolen, a full refund will be provided.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and must ship the item back to the return address (as printed on the label).
Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. If an item is returned with new damage/flaws, only a partial refund of the item price will be issued (initial shipping costs will not be refunded in this case).
If the item is returned promptly and in its original state, you will receive a full refund of the item price + original shipping cost provided that:

The item is received back in its original condition with no new flaws.
